Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.

How long it takes

Every bag is roasted and ground to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for it to be roasted and packed before it ships. Once it is on its way, standard delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days depending on where you are.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the number of bags in your order. Because postage barely increases with weight, adding a second or third bag costs very little extra to ship.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If you do not see either one, check your spam folder and then email us.

Local pickup

Local pickup is arranged directly with us. If you are nearby, get in touch before ordering.

Problems with delivery

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your order is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, email hello@perkupwithpaul.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
