The Coffee
We work closely with our roaster to pick flavor profiles and taste test every coffee to make sure it's of the quality and flavor that we want to drink in our own home. We only give you what we love.

An easy-drinking medium roast from the high altitudes of Madriz, Nicaragua. Bright up front, then melon, chocolate and caramel as it cools. Made for slow mornings and no particular plans.

We take extra care when choosing the beans we want to share with you. We only sell what we want to drink in our own home. (Perk)fection takes time. Get on the email list to know as soon as the next one is ready!

Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean holds its flavor longer, so if you’ve got a grinder, go that way. No grinder? Pick ground! Our beans are ground fresh the day it’s roasted, so it lands in your cup tasting exactly like it should.
Either way you go, it ships within days of roasting, because we care too much about you to let you have old coffee.
Our story
Every bag helps bring a kid home
Paul here! I was adopted from Romania when I was four and a half. Years later I found my biological family, got to know my siblings, and heard my mom's side of it. I know what adoption costs and what it gives.
We partner with a roastery that cares about adoption just as much as we do! Partial proceeds go to a new family every month through Holt International. Looking after the fatherless isn’t a side project for us. It’s a calling. Which is also why the coffee has to be good; a bag nobody wants to reorder doesn’t help anybody, right?

We believe our bodies are temples, created with care and purpose, and we’re called to honor them in the way we live and what we consume.
